Take your certification on the go. The CFTPM Audio Course delivers the certification curriculum into a convenient audiobook-style format, making it easy to learn during your commute, while traveling, or whenever you are away from your computer. Includes MP3 and chaptered audiobook formats for flexible listening on your phone or preferred audio app. Audio is also included on lesson and topic pages so you can listen and read along at the same time. 

Before purchasing, there are two things you should know about this audio course:

• The Compliance in Action lesson is not included. That lesson is designed as a practical checklist for setting up and operating a payments program. Because the material relies heavily on step-by-step checklists, we determined it did not translate well to an audio format. The lesson remains available in the standard course.

• The audio includes both human narration and AI-generated narration. We created an AI voice model based on instructor Jake Posey’s voice and used it to produce much of the course audio. This allowed us to create cleaner, more consistent recordings. However, the AI occasionally had difficulty pronouncing payments terminology correctly, so we replaced those sections with human-recorded narration where appropriate. As a result, you may notice some differences in voice quality between sections.

If the use of AI-generated narration is not something you are comfortable with, please do not purchase the audio course. If you purchase it and decide it is not right for you, contact us and we will provide a refund.
